Bicep Curl

The bicep curl is perhaps one of the most used (and overused) movements you see in the gym. I am not a big proponent of over-doing it on isolation exercises like this, but they certainly have their place. When you need to tweak your body and get those biceps a little bit bigger, doing the exercise properly will yield much better results. This video shows the proper way you should be doing bicep curls.
