Bench Press

The bench press is one of the most important lifts you can do – it works a lot more than just the chest. If done properly, the bench press will yield fantastic results in muscle gain…and of course…it’s always nice to say you can bench a lot. However, you need to do it properly – even if you’ve been training a while, you might still be making some crucial mistakes. Doing the bench press the wrong way can lead to injury – specifically shoulder injury – this is something that can affect you for the rest of your life – so learn to do the bench press correctly.
